Renault Zoe was the best-selling electric car in the European Union in July. According to the report published by Jato Dynamics, the small electric car produced by the French manufacturer was sold last month in 9,280 units. The second place in the ranking of the best-selling electric car in Europe was Hyundai Kona Electric, with 4,405 units, while the podium was completed by Volkswagen e-Golf, with 4,094 units.
In contrast to the general increasing trend, Tesla is losing ground this year in Europe. Tesla Model 3, which was Europe's best-selling electric vehicle in the first half of the year, it was sold in July in only 1,050 units.
